Strangers - screening

It had been 2 years since my friend michael began filming strangers. Having sent rough cuts to various film festivals, he and pryor (director of photography) finally had a finalized cut of the film with some new jazzy bippity bop music and other audio additions. Having been accepted in los angeles and chicago, michael rented a room in little tokyo and had a free screening. Having seen the movies so many times, the most interesting part of the viewing was the audience reaction you don't get with 3 dudes huddled together in a dark room. I get my name in the credits as associate producer. What does that mean - I brought lunch over to them on occasion and that I gave them feedback. My main contribution was "more goldfish". Hey, I'm sure someone had to tell james cameron, "maybe you should have more scenes of the nari in your movie". I'm that guy!

This is the cast. If we were prettier, you'd think this was a gay film. Eugenia Yuan was away
