Tokyo - Day 1

In addition to the snow dancing in the air, it was quite qpparent that this wasn`t los angeles anymore. 11 hours on the airplane and the architecture, landscape, automobiles and certainly the people had all changed through 3 movies and 2 meals. And most striking was the japanese people and their everyday wear, are they all required to pass some stylie test before being allowed onto the streets of toyko. Everybody, and it just seems like everybody, babies, teenagers, salary workers, men, women, thin, fat and everyone in between looks like they just walked out of art school. Noone dresses alike but they certainly are all dressed in some fashion or another. And this was just in the middle of don quiote. Not a club, but the japanese equivalent of wal mart. Where do I sign up for class?

Dispelling the myth: Not everyone dresses like that damn fruits book where the kids are all in flamboyant colored outfits. First of all, that look is outdated and two, there are tons of people in tokyo - you think everyone would dress like that?
